We’re excited to share that Holy Infant Catholic Church’s library has been newly and fully digitized, making it easier than ever to explore the collection. With over 900 books available for adults and children alike, the library offers a wide range of inspiring and enriching reading material for the entire parish community.
You can now browse the full catalogue by visiting the page on the parish website, where a convenient link to the online library is available.
This transformation was made possible thanks to the leadership of parishioner Bridget Ryan, who brought her professional expertise and passion for libraries to this volunteer project. She was supported by three dedicated volunteers who helped bring the vision to life.
Bridget shared what inspired her to take on the project:
"I am a librarian by education and work in the corporate medical world. I’ve always wanted to have some sort of volunteering in a library. When I moved to this area, I decided I would see if the church library needed some help. When I first approached the parish leaders, they didn’t want to do anything, but I convinced them to get started even before the renovations. I looked at it and knew it needed help, and I could help it.”
Thanks to her initiative and determination, the Holy Infant library is now an accessible, well-organized resource for all parishioners. We invite you to explore the catalogue online, check out a book, and enjoy the fruits of this wonderful community effort.
