Each October, Duke Health’s breast care outreach hosts a powerful, free event called What’s Best for Breasts? A Conversation with Clinicians (WB4B).
This is a community health education event open to the public, centered around breast health topics, such as:
Breast imaging techniques
Genetic testing & risk assessment
Basics of breast cancer
Reconstruction after surgery
Survivorship and life after treatment
Attendees also have opportunities to engage with clinicians, ask questions in panel sessions, and visit resource booths from local health organizations.
October 11th
Time: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Venue: Trent Semans Great Hall, Duke University (8 Searle Center Dr, Durham, NC)
Participation is free — lunch, parking, and event materials are provided at no cost to registrants.
