Help Us Steward God’s Gifts

Are you detail-oriented and looking for a meaningful way to serve your parish community? Holy Infant Catholic Church is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Counters Ministry—a team that quietly supports the financial transparency and integrity of our parish.

On Mondays, a group of 3 volunteers gathers for a few hours to count tithes and donations, helping to ensure that all gifts are accurately recorded and properly handled. Each volunteer serves 1-2 Mondays per month, based on their availability. This behind-the-scenes ministry plays a vital role in sustaining the mission of Holy Infant and supporting the good work we do together.

What’s Involved:

• Volunteer 2-3 hours, following Monday Mass

• Volunteers rotate based on availability - schedules are created quarterly 

• Work alongside a friendly, trained team

• Help with counting and recording donations

• Counters must be a registered parishioner

Whether you're retired, have flexible weekday availability, or are simply called to contribute in a practical way, this ministry offers a low-time-commitment opportunity with a big impact.
