The most powerful thing for me about this work is partnership. On a daily basis, I am inspired by our community coming together -- you as donors, our partner agency network, and our staff 00 to build solutions to end hunger. Hunger is a serious problem every day in central and eastern North Carolina, and with inflation, budgets are stretched even further for the more than 500,000 people facing food insecurity in our 34-county service area. Thanks to your support and partnership, we're working to meet the immediate needs of our community while also investing in long-term solutions that empower our friends and neighbors to fight the root cause of hunger insecurity.
