Lent has a way of inviting us to slow down and make space for God, but if you’re a mom of young children, “slowing down” can feel like a tall order. The good news? You don’t have to step away from your busy life to deepen your faith this Lent. You’re invited just as you are.
This Lenten season, join our Small Group for Moms with Young Children, a gentle, prayerful space created especially for women navigating the joyful (and exhausting!) season of motherhood. We’ll gather on Monday evenings at 8 pm on Zoom, from February 23rd to March 30th, to pray together using Lectio Divina, the ancient Catholic practice of meditating on Scripture.
Each week, we’ll reflect on God’s Word and the meaning of Lent, creating space to listen, pray, and deepen our relationship with Christ. This group is designed for moms. It’s a chance to reconnect with God, even in the middle of laundry piles, bedtime routines, and long days.
Whether Lectio Divina is completely new to you or already part of your prayer life, this small group offers a simple, meaningful way to grow closer to Christ during Lent.
Come, walk with us this Lenten season as we journey together toward the joy of the Resurrection.
