Breads of the World with BFW

Thanks to all who have written letters to our national legislators as part of our Bread for the World Offering of Letters. Remember that the DropBox continues to be available in the narthex to receive your letters. 

We are concluding our Offering of Letters with an opportunity to write letters in the DeSales Center after Mass on June 22nd. To add to our celebration of our advocacy ministry, we are having a "Festival of Breads of the World." We invite you to bring a loaf of bread that represents your cultural heritage to the DeSales Center before Mass next weekend. Samples of the various breads will then be available to snack on during the letter-writing period after Mass. 

As we write and taste various breads, we may experience increased solidarity with our brothers and sisters in this country and around the world who struggle to get enough to eat each day.
