The Durham Life Chain is a peaceful, prayerful public witness of pro-life families gathering to lift their voices in prayer for the protection of all human life—from conception to natural death. Together, participants will pray for those in crisis pregnancies and for an end to abortion in our nation.
This year’s Life Chain will take place on Sunday, October 5th, from 2:00–3:30pm along Fayetteville Road in Durham, across from the “Streets of Southpoint” between Renaissance Parkway and Herndon Road.
Participants will join together in silent prayer while standing on the sidewalk (without blocking pedestrian walkways), maintaining a respectful distance of six feet apart. Nationally recognized signs will be available on site, with messages such as “Adoption the Loving Option” and “Pray for an End to Abortion.”
All are welcome to attend. Please consider bringing a folding chair and water for your comfort.
