- Create and maintain tri‑monthly delivery schedules; update calendars.
- Reschedule and recruit drivers; arrange ride‑along training.
- Send weekly reminders to drivers (Sundays).
- Monitor delivery quality and relay volunteer feedback.
- Provide quarterly statistics to the Peace, Justice, and Human Concerns Commission.
- Represent the ministry at parish events and meetings as requested.
Time Commitment and Term- ~6 hours per quarter for scheduling; ~1 hour to enter schedules online; ~15 minutes weekly for reminders; ~1 hour quarterly reporting.
- Minimum two‑year commitment, extendable by Pastor and Commission leadership.
